The Cockta Cocktail Party

There’s nothing finer than spicing a Friday night with some good company and tasty cocktails. Soul Kitchen by Fatih Akin provided the inspiration for the get-together in the kitchen interior of the id:doma studio, which welcomed throngs of Festival guests and other invitees.

The party featured scrumptious Cockta cocktails – due to great demand, one had to queue for the drinks – each named after the characters from the film, but the palatable combination of Cockta and gin/vodka/rum/whisky was definitively worth the wait. There was also a chef who skilfully flambéed various fruits that were also in high demand.

The relaxed atmosphere provided fertile ground for the talks about the Festival films, reflections on the past as well as meeting new and interesting people.
